The telephone service enables you to have contact with a health professional whenever you choose.
We can only have this service for registered patients to use as we need to ensure we have all your background medical information before we can decide the best way to deal with your new problem. Registration is free and easy- why not pop down and get registered in under 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can register on-line (Look under ‘Contact us & map’ section).
Please be aware that we will take a full payment over the phone and confirm all your details before a doctor or Nurse speaks to you. An invoice of your payment will be emailed (or posted [on request]) to you.
A private prescription (if required) is included in the below price
(pay medicine cost at pharmacy).

GP Telephone Services
The ‘Results interpretation service’ is ideal for you to use once you have had an investigation (such as a Blood/ Laboratory test) and you would like to discuss the results with a doctor. All our investigations will have comments adjacent to the report which has been sent out to you. The terminology used can be confusing. Therefore, you may wish to give us a call to explain your results, once you have received them.
The ‘Telephone advice service’ is ideal for you to use if you had a question about your health that you would like to run by a doctor, but were too busy to attend the Surgery personally. We cannot examine you over the phone, but we will be able to offer you simple advice that does not need your physical presence.
Nurse Telephone Advice Service
This ‘Telephone advice service’ is ideal for you to use if you had a question about your health that you would like to run by a nurse, but were too busy to attend the Surgery personally. The nurse cannot examine you over the phone, but would be able to offer you simple advice that does not need your physical presence.
Please be aware that the Nurse is not a Doctor and may not have the answers to all your questions. Hence before using this service, please ensure that your questions are pertinent to the nurse.
